Freeman's Car Stereo

I had a great experience at Freeman’s Car Audio. They tuned my subwoofer, and the difference was incredible. The bass is much cleaner, hits harder, and sounds exactly the way I wanted. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was dialed in correctly. You can tell they care about doing quality work. I highly recommend Freeman’s Car Audio to anyone looking for great service and expert audio tuning!

Got the radio I wanted for my 1995 Porsche 911. It was in stock! Easy email communications. Installed in less time than estimated. Radio works great!

Freeman's is amazing. Especially Gus and one of the managers - can't recall his name. I wanted to fix my system myself after it broke, and I tried everything I could find on my own. Without charge, Guys emailed back and forth with me to help me figure out what I needed. In the end the head unit had something fried that wouldn't allow audio anymore. So Gus worked with me to find the most affordable and workable upgrade. The manager made a special trip after work to Gastonia after realizing they didn't get the part in time for my appointment. I am so happy with their work and service. Not many businesses go this far for people anymore.

Needing a front cam I researched reviews for shops. Freeman was recommended although I was Waynesville and Freemans is located 50 minutes away. Originally slated for a 2pm appoinment, the manager/owner, Im unsure his role, nonetheless called back and had an earlier slot. I drove the distance, was greeted by Gus, very impressed. It took just under 2 hrs. Here's where it goes from 5 stars to 4 close 3.5. I was never asked or guided to my vehicle to approve/ double check/ go over the work. As my invoice was being written up, I took the initiative and asked a question of the install. The manager Gus, asked the tech who was present, face buried in the phone. The guy never looked up murmered a sarcastic response. Gus the manager tried to engage him clarifying however the guy never looked up continuing to play what I can only miss Pac-Man. Sarcastic dig I get it but it was unprofessional. That being said I would have given 5 stars had Gus walked me to my vehicle an demonstrated their work, nkt only for pride their workmanship but to assure nothing was wrong an client was happy. In the end, job was done, im happy with the work as I went over it. I would recommend this shop, my review is b
